GADS! House buying is just simply awful.
Everybody at some stage tries to irritate or screw you or bend you to their will.
Our attorney, "These aren't the closing dates your looking for..."
us, " These aren't the closing dates we are looking for..."
So who knows when we will move in or when the stuff that has to be done to the place to make it safe will be done.
Clearly we are the least important people in this whole thing. You know, the people that have to actually PAY ALL THE BILLS AND FEES and own the place.
